Tutek Studio

Booking Terms

Effective from 26 July 2026

1. General provisions

These Booking Terms govern the booking and use of Tutek Studio at ul. Krzemieniecka 60A, 54-613 Wrocław. The service provider is Tomasz Antoniszyn prowadzący działalność gospodarczą pod firmą SPEC Tomasz Antoniszyn, registered office: ul. Wejherowska 61/1, 54-239 Wrocław, VAT ID: PL8943177673, REGON: 520636669. Contact regarding bookings and complaints: kontakt@tutekstudio.pl.

2. Booking and agreement

The booking form is a request for a selected date and does not itself conclude an agreement. Once a request is submitted, the selected date is provisionally blocked while Tutek Studio reviews the request and, if accepted, awaits payment. The agreement is concluded only after the full amount specified in the payment instructions is credited and the booking is confirmed by Tutek Studio.

Bookings may be submitted exclusively through booking.tutekstudio.pl. Requests made by any other channel do not constitute a booking.

Prices displayed in the booking flow are gross prices and include VAT at the applicable rate. Payment is made by bank transfer by the deadline specified in the payment instructions. If the payment deadline passes, the request is not cancelled and the date is not released automatically. Tutek Studio verifies the bank account and may then confirm receipt of payment, contact the customer, or cancel the unpaid request and release the date.

  • Tutek Studio may manually verify availability before issuing payment instructions.
  • A VAT invoice is issued at the customer's request using the invoice details provided in the booking form.

3. Changes, cancellation and refunds

  • A date may be moved free of charge no later than 48 hours before the booking start, by e-mail to kontakt@tutekstudio.pl.
  • Cancellation up to 48 hours before the booking start is free of charge.
  • Cancellation from 48 to 24 hours before the booking start entitles the customer to a 50% refund.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before the booking start and no-shows do not entitle the customer to a refund, subject to mandatory consumer law.
  • Eligible refunds are made by bank transfer within 7 business days.

4. Use of the studio

  • Late arrival does not extend the booked time.
  • Extension is possible only if the studio is available and Tutek Studio or an authorised person gives formal approval. It is fully payable according to the current price list.
  • Equipment selected as an additional service is prepared in the selected studio and ready for use at the start of the booking.
  • Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited on the studio premises.
  • The customer is liable for damage caused on the premises and for equipment from the start of use until the studio and equipment are handed back.

5. Consumers

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights. A consumer is a natural person booking outside their business or professional activity.

If a consumer booking is due to start before the standard withdrawal period ends, the booking form requires a separate request to start the service early. If the consumer later withdraws, settlement follows the applicable mandatory law for services already performed.

  • Complaints may be sent to kontakt@tutekstudio.pl.
  • Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress methods available under applicable law.

6. Final provisions

These Terms are available free of charge before a booking is submitted. Polish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules. The version in force from 26 July 2026 applies to bookings submitted from that date.
